Who we are
Tre Erre Ceramiche was founded in Palermo in 1979, taking its name from the “3 Rs” of the spouses Russo Rosa and Raffa Giuseppe. It began in the ancient tradition of ceramic production in the laboratory located in Via Calabrò in Palermo, selling its collections wholesale.
Tre Erre Ceramiche, drawing inspiration from the decorations and colours of the Baroque tradition of Palermo from the 16th and 17th centuries, continues the techniques of an ancient game involving the 4 elements, reaching a perfect synthesis of earth, air, water and fire. All the works, obtained exclusively with artisanal methods, are unique and reveal an intimate connection with the history of Palermo and pay homage to it.
The creative flair combined with the skills of master craftsmen leads to the expansion of the company's success, which thus decides to address the end customer directly. The first shop is thus born in via Emerico Amari which soon becomes a production site. In 2017, the shop is born in Via Roma 358 in Palermo. Finally, in 2019, the current production laboratory is founded in via Onorato 28 in the same Sicilian capital.
Over the years, the company has counted prestigious clients, including Chelsea Clinton, daughter of the former US president. In 2020, it had the honor of hosting a crew from Vanity Fair, which dedicated an article to Tre Erre Ceramiche on the beauty of the Maiolica inspired by the Palermo Tradition. Today, the founders of the brand are no longer active
Tre Erre Ceramiche is even more of a family-run company, with Francesco Raffa and his wife Elena leading a solid staff that has long led the company towards the creation of exclusive works destined to acquire ever greater value over time.
